Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MoshiMono ("the App"), provided by ZAWA SYSTEM ("the Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Account
Use of the App requires sign-in with a Google account or an Apple account.
- You are responsible for using accurate account information
- You must not share your authentication credentials with any third party
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact the Operator promptly
- You may delete your data on the server and discontinue use of your account at any time using the "Delete all data" feature in the Settings screen
3. Service Description
The App helps households manage emergency supplies (food, water, daily necessities, etc.) for disaster preparedness. It provides:
- Registration, management, and expiry tracking of stock items
- Consumption and restocking records (rolling stock)
- Readiness score calculation
- Management of storage places (locations)
- Expiry reminder notifications
- Family data sharing (family-sharing feature)
- Creation and sharing of notes and to-do lists
- Affiliate links to Rakuten Ichiba, Amazon, etc. to support restocking
4. Pricing Plans
The App offers a free plan ("Free") and a one-time purchase premium plan ("Premium").

5. Premium Plan (One-Time Purchase)
- The Premium plan is offered as a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase. The reference price is JPY 500 (tax included); however, the price may vary depending on region, currency, and exchange rates, and may change without prior notice. Please confirm the final price shown on the paywall screen.
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and are subject to each platform's terms. The Operator does not directly obtain or retain payment information such as credit card details.
- Because the plan is a one-time purchase, there is no auto-renewal. If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your purchase by signing in with the same Apple ID or Google account and using the "Restore Purchases" feature on the Paywall screen.
- In-app purchases are deemed mail-order sales (provision of electronic services) and are not subject to cooling-off under the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google.
- The Operator may modify or add features of the Premium plan in the future. For users who have already purchased the Premium plan, some future features may be offered separately as a paid option or subscription.
6. Advertising
The Free plan displays advertisements (such as banners) provided by Google AdMob. The Premium plan does not display any advertisements. 7. Family Sharing
- The App provides a family-sharing feature that allows members of the same household to share stock data, notes, and to-do lists.
- Family sharing has two roles: "Owner" and "Guest". The Owner owns the family group and can invite or remove Guests and delete all data. Guests can view and edit the Owner's data and may leave the family group at any time by resigning as a Guest.
- Invitation links issued by the Owner use one-time tokens and expire 24 hours after issuance. A user who receives an invitation link joins the family group by signing in to the App.
- By enabling the family-sharing feature, you consent to the mutual sharing of data ("joint use" under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information) with members of the same family group. The items jointly used, the scope of joint users, and the controller are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The Operator is not responsible for damages arising from the conduct of other family members. Please share invitation links only with people you trust.
8. Affiliate Links
- The App may display affiliate links (Rakuten Affiliate, Amazon Associates, etc.) from the stock item detail screen, the readiness score screen, and similar locations, to help you restock supplies via external partner sites such as Rakuten Ichiba and Amazon.co.jp.
- If you purchase a product through such a link, the Operator may receive a referral fee from the partner.
- Tapping an affiliate link takes you to an external partner website outside the App. The partner's own privacy policy and terms of service apply on that site.
- The Operator is not responsible for the quality, stock, price, delivery, or other aspects of products or services offered by partners.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Misuse the App, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or use automated tools to issue large volumes of requests
- Circumvent rate limits or bypass feature restrictions through unauthorized means
- Acquire or use the Premium plan through fraudulent means
- Interfere with the App's servers or operations (e.g., excessive access, unauthorized access)
- Infringe the rights of the Operator or any third party
- Use the family-sharing feature to harass or discriminate against other members, or post offensive content
- Publicly distribute invitation links to unspecified third parties
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior permission of the Operator
- Engage in any other conduct that the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. The App supports household emergency-supply management and does not guarantee safety during disasters, survival, or the sufficiency of your supplies. The Operator makes no express or implied warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of opportunity, secondary harm, or failure or delay of notifications, errors in registered expiry dates, defects in third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, or Google AdMob, or products or services offered by affiliate partners). This limitation does not apply where the damage is caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the limitation is invalidated in whole or in part by mandatory consumer protection laws (including Article 8 of the Japanese Consumer Contract Act).
Where the Operator is liable under applicable law or these Terms, such liability shall be limited to ordinary damages (excluding lost profits and damages arising from special circumstances) and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Operator for the purchase of the Premium plan (JPY 1,000 for users on the Free plan).
11. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the design, logo, source code, icons, and other content created by the Operator for the App belong to the Operator or the rightful owner. You must not reproduce, modify, or redistribute such content without the prior consent of the Operator.
You retain rights in the content you input into the App, such as stock item information, notes, and to-do lists. However, the Operator may use such content free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the App.
12. Account Suspension and Deletion
If you violate these Terms, or if the Operator reasonably determines that suspension is necessary for the safe operation of the App, the Operator may suspend the account or delete the user's data without prior notice.
13. Changes to and Discontinuation of the Service
The Operator may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Some features may become unavailable due to changes in third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, or Google AdMob. If the App is discontinued, the Operator will give reasonable advance notice and will, where practicable, offer a means to export user data.
14. Changes to Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced reasonably in advance through in-app notification or by updating this page; minor changes take effect upon posting on this page. If you continue to use the App after the effective date of the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
15. Privacy
For the handling of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of information, the use of third-party services, the cross-border provision of personal data, and the joint use described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
